 Nicholas, President and Owner of Nicholas Pascarella & Co., is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN. Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance, with honors. Nick holds professional registrations with Multi-Financial Securities Corporation that include the Series 7, Series 24, Series 63 and Series 65. Nick also holds Life, Long Term Care and Disability Income Insurance Licenses.

Nick is a Certified Public Accountant with a Personal Financial Specialist designation awarded by the AICPA. Nick is also a Certified Financial Planner® Professional and an Investment Advisor Representative with Multi-Financial Securities Corporation.

Nick began his career in 1976 at Arthur Anderson & Co., a "Big Eight" public accounting firm at the time, where he gained 10 years of financial experience. In 1985 he continued his career at A.G. Edwards & Sons, a national financial services firm, where he expanded his knowledge of Investments and Insurance. In July of 1989 Nick established Nicholas Pascarella & Co. His mission was, and continues to be, to provide financial advice to his clients that is complemented by his ability to offer an independent selection of Investment and Insurance products that are appropriate for his individual clients.

Nick is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), the NJSCPA (New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants), the AAII (American Association of Individual Investors), and the FPA (Financial Planning Association). Most recently, Nicholas Pascarella & Co. has become a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. Nick has received several professional acknowledgments since the inception of his company in 1989.

Nick has many accomplishments and interests outside the world of finance. Some of these include running in the New York City Marathon three times (race number four to be attempted in November 2010) and his work for and contributions to several charitable organizations. The Children's Miracle Network (CMN), in particular, is dear to his heart. Nick's son, Eric, sparked his interest in the CMN. While in college, Eric chaired his fraternity's first Golf Outing that benefited the Children's Miracle Network. Since then, Nick has been an ardent mentor and supporter.
